Fellow Shipmates and their Significant others, the USS Satyr ARL-23 & USS Coconino County LST-603 2013 Reunion was voted on and chosen to be in Nashville, Tenn., S. Massey made arrangements at the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, NASHVILLE AIRPORT, 1111 AIRPORT CENTER DRIVE, NASHVILLE, TN 37214, Web site www.hienashville.com To make Reservations PHONE 1-615-883-1366 and inform them that you are with the USS Satyr ARL-23 Group. The dates are, June 19th Wed. thru June 23rd Sun., 2013. (Check In: 3 PM, Check Out by 12 PM Noon.). Our Room Rates are good for 3 days before & 3 days after our Reunion Dates. Our Rates have been established at $85.00 plus Tax Per Night for As of now 25 sleeping rooms for four nights that have been "blocked” for us, 10 doubles, 10 kings and 5 balcony rooms, (To get a Balcony Room you must talk to Marie Anne or Dorene) all on the courtyard, plus a hospitality room. . Cut off Date for Reserved Rooms is May 20th 2013, (Then remaining rooms in our Block will be released) reservations received after this date will continue to be accepted at the preferred rate, on a room available basis. Cancellation of one single room must be 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid billing of one night room and tax. The Nashville Airport hotel is is tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac, just one mile from Nashville International Airport. They offer a free 24-hour shuttle not only to the airport but within a 2 mile radius of the hotel for your convenience. We are eight miles from downtown Nashville with easy access to major highways.
