The 2009 USS Satyr ARL-23 & USS Coconino County LST-603 Reunion was voted on and chosen to be in Famous Nashville, TN, www.druryhotels.com/properties/nashvilleairport.cfm The dates are Wednesday, June 24, 2009 thru Sunday, June 28, 2008. (Check out by 11.00 a.m.). Free airport shuttle and a convenient location make it easy to reach the Drury Inn & Suites!
Our Rates have been established at $94.00 Per Night plus tax and the CURRENT TAX RATE IS 15.25% plus $2 flat tax per night. As of now we have 25 rooms that have been "blocked” for us and a hospitality room. Be sure to mention you are with the "USS SATYR ARL-23 GROUP" 2041013 when making reservations. From what I have found on the internet there are numerous major airlines that fly into Nashville and like I said earlier a FREE shuttle to the Drury Inn, use Drury Inn COURTESY Phone in Baggage Area. The cut off date for rooms will be May 24, so if you wait until after May 24th to call you may not get a room!!! Do not wait till the last minute!! It is easier to cancel a week prior than to not get a room..... As in the past we are requiring a registration fee to help offset the cost of snacks and Beverages we will require $35.00 per “shipmate” not per person, also be sure to make check out to Mike O’Neal/USS Satyr Reunion. When you send in your fee please make a note of your preferred beverages so we can accommodate everyone.
